This is a view from a diamond interchange along Corridor X west of Jasper, looking towards Jasper, while it was under construction. To the left was the existing U.S. 78, which will eventually be the AL 118 frontage road. The road is paved as a 6 lane highway through this section. (Adam Froehlig's exit list shows this overpass as accomodating an extension of AL 102 north from AL 124, but there is no signage for that now.) As of January 2002, this section is now open to traffic.   (8/29)
