Appalachian Corridor V follows AL 24 from Red Bay to Decatur. Eventually AL 24 will be widened to become a four-lane expressway for this entire length; the four-lane is complete and open to traffic from U.S. 42 at Russellville to AL 67 in Decatur. CR 3 in Red Bay connects AL 24 to MS 366. ALDOT does a rather poor job of signing the routes out of Red Bay toward Mississippi along AL 24.   (15/28)
